Preamble
Aware of the enormous responsibilities imposed upon us to promote, practice, and nurture unity, we are determined to ensure sustained appropriate social interactions between and amongst ourselves, realizing that our forefathers labored tirelessly for the Republic of Liberia and all Liberians.
We, the LIBERIAN MANDINGOS AND PEOPLE OF LIBERIAN MANDINGO DESCENT residing in the United States of America (USA) have pledged to work for the enhancement of Liberian Mandingo Communities, both at home in Liberia and abroad, and have therefore organized ourselves into a United States-based Diaspora organization and do hereby ordain and establish this CONSTITUTION & BY-LAWS for the governance of the Federation of Liberian Mandingo Associations in the United States (FELMAUSA), the umbrella group of Liberian Mandingos and their various organizations in the United States of America (USA).
